The house overlooks the golf course, which is just over an hour’s drive from Edinburgh, 50 minutes from Glasgow and 30 minutes from both Perth and Stirling. At the time of the competition launch, the six bedroom six bathroom property was valued at £3,750,000 and had an estimated rental value of £7,500 per month.
The Omaze Edinburgh Gleneagles house competition will be drawn in October, 2023, and the winner will be announced shortly afterwards.

The country house is called Tantallon Lodge, and was being marketed by Savills. It was built in 2012 and features more than 11,700 square feet of living space.
It features an entertainment room with balcony and bar, a guest (or staff) apartment, a triple garage and a golf simulator.

In addition to the house, the winner will also receive £100,000 in cash, and all early bird entrants will have a chance to win a Porsche Macan GTS.
