The recently built house is located just a short walk from St Agnes beach and near the famous Gooninnis Engine House heritage building. This is the third property to be located in The Cotswolds.
It also features a private driveway with loads of parking, large gardens and stunning views over the village of St Agnes from its elevated position.
At the time of the competition launch, the five bedroom four bathroom property was valued at £3,000,000 and had an estimated rental value of £3,000-£4,000 per month.
The property is mortgage and Stamp Duty free and you don’t have to worry about furnishing it either as everything you see in the official competition launch photos is included.
The St Agnes, Cornwall, house competition will be drawn in March 2024, and the winner will be announced shortly afterwards.
