The Batheaston house is located along the High Street of the village which sits just outside the historical town of bath.
The six bedroom, three bathroom property also features an orangery and a greenhouse, and the garden back on to the River Avon.
At the time of the competition launch, the property was valued at £4,000,000 and had an estimated rental value of £10,000-£12,000 per month.
The property is mortgage and Stamp Duty free and you don’t have to worry about furnishing it either as everything you see in the official competition launch photos is included.
The Batheaston house competition will be drawn in January 2025, and the winner will be announced shortly afterwards.
